Ear Seeding
A quick & easy treatment which entails strategic placement of tiny stimulating seeds in and outside the ear. Seeding is used for treating withdrawal from caffeine, smoking, drugs & alcohol, medications and reducing anxiety. When symptoms surface you press on the seeds for relief. Seeds will naturally fall out when their work is complete.  Ear seeds are a great take home acupuncture treatment!

Cupping

Gua Sha
An ancient Chinese healing practice that removes blood stagnation, increases circulation & metabolic processes, stimulates the immune system and removes blockages & pain. It involves repeated pressured strokes over the skin with a smooth edge.(Note: skin will show signs of treatment for a few days.)

Moxabustion
A technique that strengthens the blood, stimulates the flow of energy and facilitates deep healing. Moxa, an herb, is burned indirectly above the skin to send energy directly into a specific area.
